STRENGTHEN OUR CAPACITY
Update and Expand Board Leadership: Refresh board and officer role descriptions to reflect current needs; expand the board from 8 to 11 members with expertise in fundraising, communications & organizing.
Hire Leadership: Secure funding and hire Stoneham CAN’s first part-time Executive Director in 2026 to lead sustainable revenue planning, strengthen partnerships, and support program oversight.
CONNECTIONS & COMMUNITY
Revitalize the membership program to boost engagement.
Expand community impact by providing umbrella support for 2–3 new mission-focused initiatives in 2026, including expanded support for initiatives addressing growing food insecurity in Stoneham.
AWARENESS AND VISIBILITY
Strengthen Communications.
Boost representation at local Community Events.
